Smiley Lifting Solutions started in 1989 as a locally owned Phoenix operation with one boom truck and a team determined to outwork the problem. That same mindset carried us forward as we added operated crane rental, warehousing, logistics, rigging, specialty lifts, and operator training.

In 1998 we became the exclusive UNIC crane distributor for the United States and Canada, opened in-house manufacturing and maintenance, and began engineering UNIC boom trucks and specialty truck builds. We are the exclusive North American distributor for UNIC mini crawler cranes and owner of the SPYDERCRANE® trademark, with distribution, fabrication, parts, and service operating from our 200,000 sq ft Phoenix facility.

In 2018 we expanded into large all-terrain crane service so customers could get heavy picks from the same team they already trusted for lighter work. Today we distribute SPYDERCRANE®, MAVLift®, and UNIC equipment nationwide and provide operated picks from 5 to 770 tons through Smiley Crane Service across Arizona and surrounding states.
